The International TESOL Accrediting Authority ensures that people can have confidence in the credibility and integrity of qualifications issued by their TESOL provider. It is responsible for the global regulation of TESOL education and training providerss.

 

About the International TESOL Accrediting Authority

A.
(i) The I-TAA is a registered legal entity (Korea) presided over by a Board of Academics and renowned scholars and legal personnel.
(ii) The Executive comprises persons representing various countries or zones
(iii) The I-TAA Board meets annually pursuant to the Constitution and Rules.
(iv) The business of the I-TAA is conducted through its office in Pusan, Korea.
(v) The prime business of the I-TAA is the assessment of TESOL course providers and determination of the course as to fitness for purpose

B.
(i) The I-TAA has the legal authority to conduct said business under the laws of the Republic Korea and International Legal Treaties
(ii) Board Members are legal office holders of the I-TAA
(iii) Board members are members of the global academic community

C.
(i) The I-TAA Seal is a registered Trade Mark

D. Accredited organizations may use the I-TAA Seal as provided to an accredited organization by the I-TAA..

E. The I-TAA enters into M.O.U.s with interested government and quasi government third parties across the globe to conduct inspections and submit reports.
