The International TESOL Accrediting Authority is a legal body comprised of a registered company with directors selected from world leading academics. Its authority is to accredit TESOL certificate programs.

 


On-site Inspection:-

Private school Applicants for I-TAA Accreditation shall:-

1) Provide the name, address, business details of the Provider -where on-line, full details of the CEO

2) Provide I-TAA with TESOL Course materials stating:-
a) All and any information relevant to the course
b) Type of Course - Certificate - Diploma - Degree - Masters - PhD
c) Course information - length - curriculum
d) Entry requirements to be satisfied
e) Location(s)
f) Attendance requirements (physical - on-line, etc)
g) Contract between Provider and Applicant
h) Nature of provider & details (university-business-on-line business)

3) Inspection
a) Inspection will be either carried by way of physical attendance upon the provider
b )Inspection will follow with in 2 weeks of successful preliminary application review

4) Notification
a) Course provider shall be notified of the outcome with 14 days of completion of inspection
b) Where a Review is recommended, the Course provider shall be given a detailed statement of the review required and reasons therefore
c) Where a Not Recommenced is notified, the Course provider shall be given a detailed statement of the review required and reasons therefore
