Chapter 1.

Provider and mandatory duties

i) The course provider shall at all times be a legally registered entity
ii) The course provider shall at times prominently display the business contact details
iii) The course provider shall clearly indicate refund policies
iv) The course provider shall comply with all applicable laws of the country of registration
v) The on-line course provider must display contact details and registered address


Chapter 2. Obligation of TESOL Course providers listed with I-TAA
i)
The course provider must provide the I-TAA with full current relevant course details
ii) The course provider must provide both qualified and experienced instructors
iii) The course provider must not make claims to any accreditation not provable

Chapter 3. Duties of course providers
i)The course provider will provide the applicant with the materials fit for the purpose.
ii) The course provider will deliver both professional services and quality services
iii) The course provider will update and review all materials on a regular basis
iv) The course provider will, where staff are employed, comply with applicable laws

Chapter 4. Legal Obligations of Course providers
i). Shall be a legally registered entity
ii) Shall be registered with the Tax authority of the jurisdiction of registration
iii) Shall, where on-line, provide proof of (i) and (ii) to all applicants
iv) Shall be run | directed | by person(s) with suitable qualifications and experience
